OUR BOOKING CONDITIONS...

 

FIRSTLY, THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY CENTRE, PLEASE READ OUR CONDITIONS OF BOOKING....

  1. Your BOOKING DURATION must Include SET-UP and CLEAN UP time
  2. The Centre, (which includes the kitchen, hall, cafe area and toilets) MUST be left CLEAN & TIDY
  3. All cafe equipment used must be WASHED, DRIED AND PUT AWAY
  4. All RUBBISH generated during your booking MUST be taken with you

Cleaning materials are provided for use, however, should Centre volunteers have to clear or clean up, after your event, then you will be charged accordingly for their time.

  1. All furniture and equipment must be returned to where it was found in the Cafe area and Hall
  2. The health and safety of yourself and your guests in the Centre and the garden is your responsibility
  3. All breakages or damage should be reported to the key-holder and may incur payment for replacement or repair.
  4. From 9.30pm we request you to be respectful to the neighbouring properties by ceasing activities in the garden and close the rear fire exit doors.
  5. If TABLES are REQUIRED then MAKE THIS CLEAR AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, so they can be taken out of storage and placed in the Hall.
  6. For CRAFT events ensure you bring table cloths, to protect our NEW tables

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING

  • The use of china, glasses, childrens plastic plates and cups, cutlery within the kitchen area are included in the hire, HOWEVER these must be washed, dried and return to the cupboards before leaving the Centre.
  • Booster seats and high-chairs are available for use
  • Dedicated parking area (please park responsibly)
  • Use of the Kitchen (see items not included)
  • Use of the Cafe seating area
  • Use of the Hall (approx 9m x 7m)
  • Use of our trestle tables (see condition 6 in prior section)

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING

  • Use of the Cafe coffee machine, and all associated equipment or supplies
  • All supplies that belong to The Butterfly Cafe, including contents of the fridges/freezer
  • Linen or plastic table cloths, tea-towels, dishcloths and rubbish bags/sack
